Many people say that you need to focus on your things, and your relationships to make everything healthier and happier.

Even if you ask your elders especially your mother how they spent their childhood and their jobs. Frankly, my mother told me that she never had to do that. She would just go with the flow and not remember how she went through all these ups, downs, successes, falls, etc. Have you ever thought why we (in this generation) require so many speeches, different thoughts and so-called "pravachans" meaning sermons in English. We have everything that our parents have given to us including money power, mouth power, word power, and of course the basic things shelter, food, clothes, etc. Still, we find it difficult to cope with exam stress.

Even if I say that I have gone through all these things; merely saying these words will not be enough for any child. Children at this age, where they need to focus on their studies are getting stressed at small things, committing suicide, and having or accepting a lifestyle that is opposite to their family lifestyle.

Children need support. There is also an age gap, especially if you are a parent. Even if you have gone through all these things, you need to give a specific reason why this is happening to them. And when the children do not have the required support, they start distressing themselves.

The prime minister of India, Narender Modi, said in Pariksha Pe Charcha, what you want for yourself. Whether you want to be a person who has won the books or a person who has won the life.

Eating habits and learning habits will vary but having good lessons from someone who can guide you all the time or stay with you all the time is the best thing to get. This is what every person needs in their life no matter if they are children, adults, or elders. Vikrant Messey, a celebrity and actor said in Pariksha Pe Charcha, what you feel, just write and express. Expressing things in words, expressions, and talks is the best thing to get free from stress. Even if you want to shout at someone, shout at immediate time. At least this would make you feel light from the inside and will not let you feel "ki ye ho gaya, mai kuch kar nai paya, ab kya karu, etc etc." "That this happened, I could not do anything, what should I do now."

Whatever you do in your life, if that thing is good for you, it will automatically become good for others. It is up to you what you want--

Fewer numbers in the report card or fewer numbers in life.

There is no way to get out of this situation. You cannot run from this, you will have to face this and be available all the time. Maintaining relationships, and having talks with parents, this is something you can ignore or be in yourself. But, it all depends on what you want. Exams are a one-way process...you will have to give exams. Having holidays during exams cannot let you ignore things. Ultimately, it will affect your marks on your report card, your personality in front of teachers and your name. It is just like you are the driver of your own vehicle of life.

Try to improve things. You are still a child and will remain a child for your parents. So, your work is only to focus on necessary things not on what they are doing, what people are doing or what the surrounding is doing.

Do not focus on your goals. No one has told you to become a doctor, engineer, teacher, or anything else. It's your dream that you are fulfilling for your life. Just focus on your recent part, have exams and let the result talk about you and your success.

This article has been made specially for the school kids, as exams for CBSE boards are going. It will help those school-going children to manage stress and maintain things in real life.
